Every prayer before a meal, every bedtime blessing, every “God, help me be kind today” is planting something eternal in your child’s heart. And that matters the most.

Here’s something the world won’t tell you: your child is already wired for the Bible. They love underdogs, they root for the brave, and they want to know if good wins. So, give them David standing down a giant. Give them Esther, saying, “If I perish, I perish.” Give them a boy with five loaves who fed a crowd of thousands. These aren’t just bedtime stories. They are identity-shaping truths.

Don’t wait for the perfect quiet moment. Tell a Bible story at the taco stand. Bring up Jonah on the way to soccer practice. Let the conversation be messy and real. And when your child asks a question you can’t answer, that’s not a problem. That’s discipleship happening in real time.
