Meet Lee Ann Mancini
Hi, I’m
Lee Ann
Mancini!
I’m passionate about helping children build a strong foundation in Jesus!
How it all began
I spent time with my children, teaching them about the ways of God and how to be compassionate and loving to others. It was when they were little that I wrote my first book, Fast Freddy, about a young “sharktopus” who overcomes the ridicule of being different.
How it’s going
I am the award-winning author and executive producer of the Sea Kids series, which includes 7 children’s picture books and a TV Program compiled of 26 episodes about under-the-sea kid characters who learn about God’s morals and values, and how to live those daily. The Sea Kids series can be viewed on Answers.TV, Pure Flix, Right Now Media, and SeaKidsTV.
I am also the host of the award-winning podcast, Raising Christian Kids, which is available on all major platforms and streaming on KHCB Radio’s Uplifted station.
I am an adjunct professor at South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary and I hold board positions with SFBC, Watermark Gospel, and Spark Media Ventures. I maintain memberships with many Christian organizations including the Exceptional Keynote Speakers Association, Christian Women in Media Association, and the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association. I was honored to be the recipient of the prestigious Jennifer Kennedy Dean award for outstanding service. My speaking topics include Biblical Directives, Biblical Worldview, and Biblical Parenting.
I am happily married to my husband Guy, with two adult children, living in South Florida. I love to read, jog, and teach the Word of God!

Lee Ann Mancini
CEO | Founder
Lee Ann is the CEO and founder of the nonprofit organization, Raising Christian Kids. She is the award-winning author and executive producer of the Sea Kids books & TV series, and Raising Kids to Follow Christ, Instilling a Lifelong Trust in God. When she’s not on a road trip with her husband or relaxing with her two adult children, you can catch her reading, riding her bike, or cuddling with her granddog, Enzo.
Lena Larmoyeux
Director of Operations
Lena is the Director of Operations and podcast producer of Raising Christian Kids and Sea Kids, and she is Lee Ann‘s daughter. Lena loves relaxing with her dog, Enzo, and on the weekends, she loves to go on nature walks, work out, or do anything in the sun with her soon-to-be husband.
Kirsten Rangel
Executive Marketing Director
Kirsten is the Executive Marketing Director at RCK. She loves challenges and figuring out fun ways to promote the company. One of Kirsten’s favorite things to do is take long beach walks with her golden retriever, Sasha. And she has a strong passion for coffee and chocolate!
Criss Bertling
Executive Director
Criss is the Executive Director of Raising Christian Kids. She brings to RCK a rich history of working in Christian higher education, ministry, and nonprofit organizations. She’s a mother, grandmother, writer, copyeditor, and follower of Jesus. When she’s not working or playing with her grandson, you’ll find her reading, writing, or on her computer.
Tina Yeager
Public Relations
Tina is a PR guru, a licensed therapist, and host of the Flourish-Meant podcast and the Flourish Today radio show. She serves with Advanced Writers and Speakers Association, Word Weavers International, STRUCK digital streaming series, and Christian Women in Media Association.
